My Experience
I started my career in Public Relations and Marketing in the music world and naturally transitioned to working as an event planner, after successfully taking on an event for the late Sir Richard Attenborough for the 25th anniversary of the film Gandhi. Throughout the years, I have curated bespoke, High NetWorth events and decided to take stock in 2016 when I was accepted to study for a master’s in the London School of Economics, following my dream to affect the world in development.
India called and I answered, where I had the opportunity to work for the Indian Government and across European Embassies in their investment arm and where my biggest task became, curating an all-state showcase business event for the Government!
Once back in the UK, I worked in the Department of International Trade (DIT), building and looking after my relationships with VC funds, High Ultra NetWorth's and Family offices, curating events, and writing copy around Investment opportunities, and innovative technology being produced in the UK. We all adapted fast when we had to keep going under Covid 19 circumstances and this has led us to curate hybrid events.
I produced the 2020-2021 India Strategy for the team at DIT, alongside my colleagues in The High Commission in India- collaboration always makes it better! The events we held were at an elevated level, hosting ministers from Government and Investors, highlighting new investment opportunities.
In Fuelling my mission for purpose, intent, and working in collaboration with visionaries and people of diverse backgrounds, I am now the founder of an Events and Digital marketing company. Inspired by living in the magical land of Paris, coupled with my cross-cultural experience and access to sophisticated networks globally, Petit Lions communications has been brought to existence.
